A material manufacturing defect is a substantial production or packaging failure that affects the product’s safety, integrity, usability, or conformity with its stated specifications.

A material manufacturing defect does not include:

Minor differences in color, scent, texture, shape, appearance, or finish associated with handcrafted or small-batch production.
Personal dislike of a scent, feel, consistency, or result.
Changes caused by heat, cold, moisture, improper storage, misuse, contamination after delivery, or failure to follow instructions.
Normal settling, softening, firming, color variation, or other characteristics disclosed in the product description.

10. Reporting a Product or Order Problem

A claim must be submitted within the reporting period stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

The customer may be required to provide:

Photographs or video of the product.
Photographs of the container, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label.
