Processing & Shipping Times

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with tracking provided for all shipments.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $99.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
