Processing & Shipping Times

- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with tracking provided for all shipments.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $99.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
- If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
